Test Engineer
We are looking for a tester with a clear approach and critical eye when it comes to our software. You will be responsible for the design and execution of test plans. In addition, you take ownership of continuously improving our testing approach, with a strong focus on test automation and smarter, more efficient workflows.
Key about your role
As a software tester at Keylane, you are responsible for the design and execution of test plans. You are also actively involved in the analysis of test results and the reporting thereof. In addition, you are responsible for Quality Assurance: making statements about the quality of our software.
You don’t just execute tests, you actively look for ways to improve how we test. You take ownership of the testing process, identify bottlenecks, and work on increasing test coverage and automation step by step. When you encounter problems, you analyze them thoroughly and translate your findings into concrete improvements for our testing workflows and tooling.
At Keylane, we highly value the quality of our software and we expect our testers to do the same. With your clear approach and critical eye you make a difference when it comes to the quality of our software!
Key about your team
You will be part of team Requests, which is responsible for how insurances are requested in our application Axon. Basically, we make sure that anyone requesting a new insurance can do that as easily and smoothly as possible. That can either be an end user via the internet, an intermediary or someone working for the insurance company itself.
Our team also prides itself in delivering quality software by improving the test automation and never missing an opportunity to improve existing code.
In addition, our teams work very closely together and are proud of their working atmosphere. Be ready to play cards and make some jokes together!
