Senior UX Researcher
We’re expanding the UX function at Keylane and are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to deepen our understanding of customers, users, and product ecosystems. You’ll shape how we uncover insights, validate direction, and inform product decisions across our portfolio. This role is key to ensuring we build solutions that are not only functional, but usable, valuable, and aligned with real user needs.
Key about your role
The Senior UX Researcher will be responsible for elevating our understanding of users and customer needs across Keylane’s products. This role will design and scale research practices, partner deeply with Product and UX Design, and build the insights foundation that informs product strategy, prioritization, and experience quality. You will be reporting to the Head of UX.
Key about your responsibilities
- Lead generative and evaluative research projects across product teams.
- Build and maintain research ops: repositories, templates, and taxonomies.
- Translate insights into artifacts that influence product strategy and roadmaps.
- Support usability and accessibility improvements across product experiences.
- Combine qualitative insight with product data and market understanding.
- Guide product teams in problem framing and continuous discovery practices.
- Mentor designers and PMs on research techniques and evidence-based decision making.
- Drive a user-centric culture by socializing findings in compelling, strategic ways.
Key about you
- Proven experience as a UX Researcher or similar role in product environments.
- Strong command of research methodologies across the product lifecycle.
- Skilled in stakeholder alignment, storytelling, and strategic influence.
- Confident working autonomously and managing multiple research streams.
- Comfortable using qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decisions.
- Deep empathy for users and passion for improving complex workflows and systems.
