Key About Your Team
You will work closely with two senior colleagues within the Keylane Academy and collaborate daily with colleagues and managers across the organization. The Academy is a part of a larger HR team; working alongside recruiters and HR Business Partners. Together, we combine our expertise and insights to enhance the employee experience and foster a culture of growth, learning, and development across Keylane.
The team is characterized by a high level of ownership, plenty of room for initiative, and a strong focus on collaboration. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute ideas and turn them into reality.
Key About Your Role
As a Learning & Development Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping how learning supports the growth of a technology-driven organization. You will have the opportunity to initiate new programs, bring ideas to life, and make a tangible impact on how learning is organized across Keylane. As our business continues to evolve and embrace new technologies, including AI, you will help ensure our people have the skills and capabilities needed to succeed. You combine a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and take ownership of learning initiatives that contribute to both individual development and organizational goals.
Key About Your Responsibilities
- Help shape and further professionalize Learning & Development across Keylane’s international organization.
- Partner with managers and stakeholders to identify capability needs and translate them into impactful learning opportunities.
- Build and coordinate learning programs that help our people build technical, professional, and consultancy capabilities while preparing for emerging technologies and AI.
- Use data and feedback to measure impact and continuously improve the learning experience.
- Own and further develop the Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting processes.
- Contribute to a strong learning culture through Academy events, communications, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is energized by building, improving, and creating visible impact within a growing organization, while remaining closely involved in the day-to-day execution of learning initiatives.
Key about you
- 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, talent development, HR, consulting, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level working and thinking ability.
- Experience translating business and development needs into practical learning initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across different levels of the organization.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, international environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Affinity with technology-driven environments and an interest in how emerging technologies, including AI, influence learning and capability development.
- Experience within IT, SaaS, software, or consulting environments is considered a strong advantage.
