Meet Eline! Eline shared with us her experience of being a Managing Consultant at Keylane.
My name is Eline, I’m a Managing Consultant within cloud for seven months now. As a Managing Consultant I mostly work on process improvements, and I support the management team of cloud in ITS.
Eline – Management Consultant
I really enjoy cleaning up stuff and fixing problems and making other people’s life’s better. So for example, helping colleagues pick up more tickets in a more efficient way so that they do the right things at the right times.
In my role as a Managing Consultant I help the team work more efficiently and more effectively, and I think this is also beneficial for the performance of the platform, which is the basis for the application, which is beneficial for the customer.
My main hobby is Brazilian jiu-jitsu, which is an unusual sport for a woman, I know. It’s a martial art and I really like it because it’s basically problem solving at a high speed, which relates to my current role solving a lot of problems for the team.
I really enjoy working at Keylane, and love the people here. We have lunch every time we are in the office, and I like to come to the office quite often because I just enjoy being here – but if you don’t want to come to the office that’s fine as well.
